All fees paid for the Services provided on our Site are refundable within the first 5 days after the purchase, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.
However, if we issue a refund or credit after 5 days in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.
To request a refund, simply send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll take care of the rest. The email sent date and time will be considered as the refund request time.
